  • What I know for sure after 31 years on the planet: . LIVE WITH LOVE. If you operate from a place of real, unabashed, honest love you can be assured right people will always come to you. 💜 . BUT KNOW WHEN TO STEP BACK. Love isn’t enough for dealing with everyone. Some need to be dealt with from a distance. 🤡 . PROTECT YOURSELF. When people don’t protect you, be diligent in protecting yourself. Even if it hurts your feelings. Even if it’s hard. 💪🏽 . GO THE EXTRA MILE AND PROTECT OTHERS. Think of how many times you needed it, and remember that when you feel tired. 🤝 . ITS OK TO COMPLAIN. But acknowledge that there’s usually a solution, and be the one that tries to put it in place. ⚖️ . ITS OK TO BE ANGRY. But for like, 5 minutes. We’ve got shit to do. 💁🏽‍♀️ . ITS NEVER TOO LATE. Not to apologize. Not to forgive. Not to tell someone you love them. As they say, better late than never. 📆 . ASK FOR HELP! It’s always there, and we are always assuming it isn’t. Be ok declining help when it isn’t what you need. Without many of you, I don’t know who/where I’d be! 🙏🏽 . GIVE IT 100%. Even when no one else around you does. Even when it’s not acknowledged or praised. 💯 . KNOW YOUR WORTH. Act accordingly. Expect more from yourself and the people you allow in your life. 🦄 . SEE THE WORLD. Expand your horizons and be amazed by all there is to see and learn from the phenomenal people and places that it has to offer, and be better for it. 🗺 . I’m still learning.
